Fifteen years in Thu Duc: Gia Huy Kindergarten takes children from 12 months to 5 years, caring for and educating them under the national preschool curriculum, with English every day and 24/7 camera access for parents.
More than fifteen years caring for and educating children in the same neighbourhood — long enough that many families have sent more than one child through Gia Huy's classrooms.
Each age group has its own programme, built around that stage of development, from the toddler group through to the pre-school year before Grade 1.
Children meet English every day through songs, games and conversation — not a single lesson tucked into the week.
Watch your child's class on your own Zalo, so you know what they're eating, sleeping through or playing without having to call and ask.
Children learn by playing, handling real materials and following small projects of their own — not sitting and listening for the whole session.
Teachers and staff stay beside your child with patience, warmth and responsibility every day, not only when parents are visiting.
We deliver the national preschool curriculum across five developmental domains, organised by topic and extended by four elements specific to Gia Huy. Each one states what the child experiences and how you can see the result.
Every activity at Gia Huy is built around the five domains of child development, so your child grows in balance rather than in just one direction.
Activities are organised as projects, drawing on the Reggio Emilia spirit and extended with STEAM and AR. One small question from a child can grow into a whole journey of discovery with their teacher.
Every day children have a 35-minute English activity built on songs, movement and language games, with a foreign teacher on the weekly rota. At this age the aim is familiarity with sounds and a listening-and-speaking reflex, not grammar.
Children learn by handling real materials: planting seeds, measuring, building, simple experiments with water and light. Teachers ask open questions so children predict, try and see the outcome for themselves. Every topic ends with one piece of work the child made.
AR technology brings lessons to life, letting children explore things that are hard to observe in real life — an animal's life cycle, the world of the planets, or what's inside a tree. With the teacher guiding them, children observe, explore, retell and create from what they've seen, making each lesson easier to understand, easier to remember, and more fun.
We are applying it step by step in how classrooms and learning environments are set up: children choose their activity corner, their materials and their own approach in open activities. Teachers observe, take notes and adjust the activity to the children's genuine interests.
“Parents are not only choosing a modern learning environment for their child — they are giving them the chance to learn through curiosity, experience and joy.”
Beyond the daily lesson, English is woven naturally into familiar everyday activities — songs, games, movement and conversation with the teacher. Step by step, children grow familiar with the language, build a listening-and-understanding reflex, and gain the confidence to use simple English phrases in daily life.
The goal isn't to cram in more English — it's for your child to genuinely enjoy using it.

Honest words from parents walking this journey with Gia Huy every day.

“Before Gia Huy, we worried about our son — he was shy and rarely spoke to people he didn't know well. We were afraid a new environment would be hard for him. After some time here, the change has been clear. He loves the daily English activity and often comes home singing a few phrases his teacher taught in class, and he's become much more confident telling us about his day. Watching him walk into Lá class with real confidence, ready for the years ahead, we feel good about our decision to choose Gia Huy.”

“Our son is quite an active child — at home he's always taking toys apart, playing with water and sand, and honestly we sometimes struggled to find the right outlet for all that energy. Since he started at Gia Huy, the hands-on STEAM activities have turned out to be exactly what he needed: planting seeds, measuring, simple experiments with water and light. Some months he brings home something he made himself, labelled with his name and the date, and the whole family loves looking through it together. Now Thiên Long comes home excited to tell us about the experiments from class. We can see he's playing and learning at the same time, which is exactly what we hoped for.”

“My work keeps me busy — some days I leave early and get home late, so I can't always be the one dropping off or picking up my son. Like any parent, it's hard to feel at ease being away all day without knowing how he's doing at school. Thankfully the school has 24/7 camera access, so whenever I get a free moment at work I check in and see him playing, eating, napping in class. Seeing him happy with his friends and well looked after puts my mind at ease, even when I can't be there in person. For a busy father like me, being able to see my son every day, even through a screen, means a lot. Gia Huy has helped me feel close to him no matter how busy work gets.”
